Log into your zipForm® 6 Professional account and click on the Forms Button or launch zipForm® 6 Standard |

Click on Tools > Options

Click the eSign tab and select Docusign. When finished click the DocuSign Subscription(s) button (If prompted, enter your NRDS number)

Select Docusign Personal Subscription and follow the rest of the order
