How ZipForm®Concierge Works...
While in a ZipForm®Online account, under Actions > Other > Partners, simply click on the ZipForm®Concierge link. This will bring up an interface asking which client and property you wish to submit the contact request for. At that point, the ZipForm®Concierge service, powered by Connect Utilities contact your client and at the clients request, will manage the entire process of contacting and delivering requests and responses to and from all of the selected service providers. Your client will then receive confirmation e-mails as the service providers confirm their requests. Another feature allows your client to check the status of their connections while they are being processed. Ordering all the desired services is completed without using multiple web sites and telephone numbers, waiting on hold, listening to long, annoying menu options and repeating the same information again and again. And best of all, the entire process can be completed within minutes!
