zipForm®'s electronic forms software already saves users time and helps reduce data-entry errors. Data is entered just once but is able to be used multiple times in all documents associated with a transaction. Now, with zipForm MLS-Connect™, users can also now import data that is stored in MLS databases.
zipForm® is RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) compliant and supports import of XML from other RETS compliant applications allowing zipForm® MLS-Connect™ to receive data from MLS Systems.
zipForm MLS-Connect™ offers MLS providers a means of easily adding increased functionality to their service by giving users of zipForm®, the industry’s leading electronic forms software, the ability to import data directly from an MLS database.
