Transfer Transaction Documents and Data between ZipForm® and Fidelity Solutions

A new partnership between Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions and ZipForm® now allows data and documents to be transferred between ZipForm® transactions and popular real estate solutions from Fidelity. Using an intuitive interface, real estate professionals can maximize their ZipForm®Online subscription and that of their Fidelity solution(s) - TransactionPoint® and/or AgentOffice®. The integrations give users the power to conveniently access data and documents while quickly and accurately generating transactions.

TransactionPoint enables agents to create, view, and track the key events, service orders and documents related to real estate transactions. The interface between ZipForm®Online and TransactionPoint provides multiple options for transferring information. While working in ZipForm®Online, users can push data and documents into TransactionPoint. Alternately, complete forms can be pulled from ZipForm®Online while working in the TransactionPoint platform.

Fidelity’s AgentOffice solution also interfaces with ZipForm® solutions. AgentOffice is a suite of tools developed to help agents build and manage the day-to-day activities of their real estate business. Working in the listings and sales modules of AgentOffice, users pull documents and data from ZipForm®Online and ZipForm®Desktop. This integration also enables the linking of existing ZipForm® transactions to AgentOffice records as well as the updating and deleting of ZipForm® transactions within the AgentOffice platform.
