Training Fee Structure and Incentives

zipLogix Certified Trainers are able to set competitive training fees,

Becoming a zipLogix Certified Trainer is easy.  The certification fee is $59*, due upon passing the final certification exam.  There is no cost to become a zipLogix Certified Trainer for Association staff.

Becoming a ZipForm Certified Trainer is a great way to potentially supplement your current income, or to save brokerage instructional expenses.

The professional and financial benefits of becoming a zipLogix Certified Trainer are unlimited. Not only will you be helping your associates to work more efficiently, you'll also be making new contacts and potentially earning extra income.

* Additional fees from independent state or DRE exams or requirements may apply in order to become an instructor for your area, or to conduct courses for university or DRE credit.  Please consult your state Association of REALTORS® in order to learn more about complete teaching requirements in your area. 


zipLogix Certification Requirements

Becoming a zipLogix Certified Trainer is easy. The requirements you'll be asked to fulfill are as follows:

1. Complete the zipLogix Certified Trainers Application.
2. Pass the Certified Trainer exams.
3. Pay the Certification Fee ($59) to receive your certification.
4. Provide your own laptop for training purposes.
5. Maintain current certification status, which includes:
   1. Passing update exams when new features are released
   2. Annually updating contact information
   3. Passing a short annual recertification review and quiz

zipLogix Certification Process

1. Complete the zipLogix Certified Trainers Application.
2. You will receive Trainer instructions and a Certified Trainers Guide at the email provided when applying to become a certified trainer.
3. Study the Certified Trainer materials and complete the Certified Trainer exam.
4. You will be notified of your score and given the opportunity to pay the $59 certification fee if you have passed the necessary requirements for a Certified Trainer.
5. If certified, you will be sent:
   1. zipLogix Certified Trainer account information
   2. Materials for instructing users on zipLogix programs, including DRE-ready instructional materials which can be customized for your area
   3. zipLogix Certified Trainer logo for use on your website and print materials
   4. zipLogix Certified Trainer Certificate
   5. Regular certification updates and information
